THE STORY OF WAXED COTTON

We took Ronnie Romance to Halley Stevensons in Dundee, Scotland, our trusted supplier of waxed cotton, to see where one of his favourite fabrics comes from. With roots at sea, waxed cotton was originally developed to protect sailors from wind and water. Since 1864, Halley Stevensons has continued to develop the craft, making rugged fabrics built for the elements and ones that only get better with age.
