digging into Azure Storage again

for a number of reasons, i'll be spending more time on MSFT's Azure Storage services in the near term. to that end, i've updated my Azure Feature Wish List. that list currently focuses on the Tables API and expect to be doing something similiar for Azure's Queue and possibly Blob storage APIs.
