5k in lexington yesterday

i ran a 5k in lexington yesterday. i hadn't run all week (bad move) and didn't expect to do too well. i was right [sigh]. 31:15 was my time. not terrible, but at the back of the pack. i guess this is a wake-up call for the 10k in cincinnati in two weeks.
