got a dvd copy of "Grapes of Wrath" from the local library this weekend. been watching it this evening with the family. great movie. great book. sorry to say that much of the message still applies today. especially right now - with the mortgage lending and bank problems cropping up.
would probably be a good idea for me to bring home a copy of "Harvest of Shame", too.
