new server is racked and rockin'

spent the morning installing our new server at the level3 head end - very nice.
we got the thing racked, firewall-ed, and confirmed that it was reachable. all very nice. now we need to beat it up a bit to make sure ports and other minor things are working as expected. once that is done, we'll flip the nameserver entries to point to the new box and wait for propagation to complete - proly 24-48 hrs. once nameservers are resolving to the new location, we can tell our former host provider to shut down the old hardware.
then the move will be officially complete!
