i'll be at the
Central Ohio Day of .NET at the
Roberts Centre in Wilmington, OH this Saturday (June 5, 2010) and i am looking forward to
seeing lots of friends (old and new). i'm also pleased to be one of the
selected speakers this year. my talk is
Programming the Cloud with HTTP/REST.
it's a talk i've given a few times before and it usually generates very interesting feedback. of course there are lots of
great sessions so it should be a fun day.
i'm giving away copies of RESTful Web Services Cookbook
but here's some real fun - i'm giving away at least one copy of @sallamar's excellent book: RESTful Web Services Cookbook. all you need to do is tweet me a message with the hashtag #RWSC and then meet me in person at the CODODN event. i will be carrying a couple free copies of Subbu's book. i'll give one away to the first person to mention the book and the hashtag to me first thing in the morning and wioll give away another copy of the book after the lunch break.
